Cancellation & Refund Policy
We will always strive to give you a wonderful customer experience every time you shop with us, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your Order for a full refund!
All you need to do is give us a call on +91 – 44 – 43529935 (Office) or drop an email at email@example.com within a period of 14 days, from the date of delivery.
However, we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable and undamaged condition with the tags and original packaging intact, in an undamaged condition.
Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by the ASR Consumer Products team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Returns for Furniture items will only be accepted for Defective/ Damaged products. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective furniture item maximum within 48 hours of delivery.
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded. If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
